Our Building Blocks group is a form of
play-based therapy which uses the natural benefits of play with Lego® to assist with the development of social and communication skills. It is a brilliant tool for helping to teach children problem solving skills, turn taking, working with others and so much more. We offer 2 groups to target different skills and ages Our groups are limited in size to enable maximum benefit for those participating. Maximum of 5 |

A motor-planning and self regulation group with a difference. Kids won't realise they are working on postural control, midline crossing, breath control and endurance while they are rocking out to music in this drumming group. We have 2 levels for this group Pandas: for those just starting out and learning the moves, getting a feel for rhythm and following sequences. 30 mins Pumas: for those who are ready to put the moves to music and respond to supports and modifications to keep focused through the songs. 45 mins Transition Group for Building Blocks and Harness Handwriting Week 6 term 1 |

Handwriting can be a challenging and frustrating task for some children and yet it reflects a significant part of school performance. This group focuses upon: Motor skills required for postural control, shoulder stability, dexterity and grasp Written output including letter formation, line placements and spacing Concept development including sentence starters, connectors and mind mapping for story telling 45 mins - $80 per child per group Thursday Afternoons Term 1 2021 Weeks 7 8 9 & 10 Early Primary school (Gr 1-3) 3.30 - 4.15 Upper Primary School (Gr 4+) 4.30 - 5.15 |
