Mindful Movement Group
is a small group program over 5 weeks each term
Focusing upon working with parents and carers to develop skills in:
midline crossing
coordinating 2 sides of the body
sequencing movements
balance activities
postural control
rhythmic movement to music
tuning into our body signals to assist regulation


Each group is $70 per child per session
if you are NDIS funded you can often utilise this (check with your plan)

 
Open to all ages and abilities
Weeks 1 to 5 of term 2 2026
Tuesday afternoons
3.45 - 4.45pm
